Using the service
You may use SwiftUI Inspector for lawful design and software-development work. You are responsible for the files, content, and code you use with the service and for confirming that generated output is appropriate for your project.
You must not:
- Interfere with or attempt to bypass the service's technical protections.
- Use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
- Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to related systems.
- Misrepresent your relationship with SwiftUI Inspector or Talkabout Design, LLC.
Your content
You retain your rights in the designs, files, and code you own. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any content you provide to or process with the service.
Our materials
The SwiftUI Inspector name, website, plugin, visual design, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Third-party services
The service may link to or operate within third-party products, including Figma. We do not control those products, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by the date shown on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generated code should be reviewed and tested before use in a production application.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Talkabout Design, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Governing terms
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. These terms and the privacy notice form the entire agreement concerning your use of the service unless a separate written agreement applies.
